1. Merchant of Record
This policy applies to paid JPRQ subscriptions and other paid digital products sold through Paddle. It works together with our Terms of Service, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable consumer law.
2. Free Trial
JPRQ may offer a free trial before paid subscription billing starts. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Trial length and plan details are shown before checkout.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you keep paid access until the period ends, and you will not be charged again unless you restart a subscription.
You can request cancellation through Paddle order support at paddle.net or by contacting JPRQ support at [email protected].
4. Refund Window
Except where required by applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms, paid JPRQ subscriptions and other paid digital products are not guaranteed to be refundable after paid service access begins.
You may request a discretionary refund within 24 hours of your first paid charge. Approved discretionary refunds may be full or partial. For partial discretionary refunds, up to 20% of the charge may be retained to account for payment processing costs, taxes, currency conversion costs, support handling, and service already consumed.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, refunds for defective products, or refunds that Paddle is required to provide under its buyer terms or applicable law. Refunds outside the 24-hour discretionary period may still be granted where required by law or where Paddle determines that a refund is appropriate.
5. When Refunds May Be Declined
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made after the 24-hour discretionary refund window and no legal right to refund applies.
- The account violated the JPRQ Terms of Service or acceptable use rules.
- The request is connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, payment misuse, or deceptive activity.
- The paid service was materially used and no technical defect, billing mistake, or statutory right applies.
6. Technical Problems
If JPRQ does not work as expected, contact us at [email protected]. Include your account email, operating system, CLI or desktop version, tunnel command or workflow, and any error messages. If we cannot resolve a material service issue, a refund may be appropriate.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact Paddle or JPRQ before opening a payment dispute. Paddle is the seller of record for paid orders and can help with receipts, tax, cancellations, and refunds.
8. How to Request a Refund
For fastest handling, request a refund through paddle.net. You may also contact JPRQ at [email protected]. Include the email used for purchase, order or receipt number if available, subscription plan, and reason for the request.
9. Contact
