1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JPRQ, including the JPRQ website, dashboard, desktop app, CLI, public tunneling service, request inspection tools, downloads, documentation, and related services. By using JPRQ, you agree to these terms.
"JPRQ", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the supplier and operator of the JPRQ software and service. "You" and "your" refer to the person or organization using JPRQ. If you use JPRQ for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
JPRQ exposes local development servers and TCP services to the public internet through temporary or reserved tunnel URLs. It may also provide a desktop interface, CLI workflow, request history, request inspection, replay tools, custom subdomains, custom domains, and plan-based usage limits.
JPRQ is intended for development, testing, demos, webhooks, mobile device testing, and similar engineering workflows. It is not intended for illegal activity, abuse of third-party systems, or use as a permanent production hosting provider unless we expressly offer that use in a paid plan or written agreement.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account, devices, API keys, license keys, authentication tokens, local services, and tunnel endpoints secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for all traffic routed through tunnels you create.
You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information when required. You may not share accounts, evade plan limits, create accounts in bulk to avoid restrictions, or use JPRQ if you are barred by applicable law.
4. Your Exposed Services
JPRQ makes services you choose publicly reachable. You are responsible for deciding what to expose, configuring authentication and authorization, protecting secrets, and ensuring that your local applications and data can safely receive internet traffic.
Do not expose private customer data, admin panels, internal tools, source code repositories, credentials, payment card data, health data, government identifiers, or other regulated or sensitive systems unless you have the legal rights, technical controls, and written agreements needed for that use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JPRQ to:
- Break any law or regulation, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Host, transmit, route, test, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, bot activity, fraud, or deceptive content.
- Expose systems, accounts, files, or data that you do not own or have permission to expose.
- Route illegal content, child sexual abuse material, harassment, threats, hate content, or non-consensual intimate material.
- Bypass rate limits, usage limits, authentication, access controls, sanctions controls, export controls, or payment requirements.
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer JPRQ or infrastructure used to provide JPRQ.
- Use shared tunnel infrastructure for command-and-control activity, denial-of-service activity, abusive scraping, proxy resale, or deceptive impersonation.
- Interfere with other users, infrastructure providers, payment processors, or third-party services.
6. Enforcement and Abuse Response
We may monitor tunnel metadata, account activity, and service usage to operate JPRQ, enforce these terms, protect users, and respond to abuse. We may rate-limit, block, suspend, terminate, preserve logs, remove access to domains or subdomains, or report activity when we reasonably believe it is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or violates these terms.
We may suspend or limit access if your account or tunnels create security risk, exceed plan limits, interfere with the service, or expose JPRQ, users, Stripe, infrastructure providers, or third parties to legal or operational risk.
7. Plans, Trials, and Limits
JPRQ may offer free trials, free tiers, paid subscriptions, business plans, add-ons, or other product plans. Plan features, limits, prices, and trial periods are shown on the website, in the product, or at checkout before purchase. Usage limits may include tunnel count, domain features, devices, request history, bandwidth, support level, retention periods, or other limits.
We may change free or trial features at any time. For paid subscriptions, material changes that reduce core paid functionality will normally take effect at the next renewal unless a sooner change is required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
8. Purchases, Taxes, and Stripe Billing
Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, trial terms, taxes, and total charges are shown before checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize JPRQ and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel or the subscription ends.
Payments may be completed through Stripe-hosted checkout, embedded Stripe payment flows, or a Stripe-powered billing portal. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may store and process payment information under Stripe's own terms and privacy notices.
Prices may exclude taxes unless checkout says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges. We may use Stripe Tax or related Stripe services to calculate, collect, report, or remit taxes where configured.
If a payment fails, we may retry collection, ask you to update your payment method, suspend paid features, downgrade your account, or cancel the subscription.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your JPRQ account billing page, the Stripe-powered billing portal where available, or by contacting JPRQ support at [email protected]. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid access may continue until that period ends unless we state otherwise.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method when possible. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to make refunded funds available.
10. Support and Availability
JPRQ provides product support by email at [email protected]. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, JPRQ is provided without a guaranteed response time, uptime commitment, support service level, or error-free operation.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of JPRQ to maintain security, improve the product, comply with law, respond to abuse, or manage infrastructure.
11. Customer Content and Tunnel Traffic
You retain rights to the applications, payloads, files, requests, responses, logs, and other content you route through JPRQ. You grant us the limited rights needed to route traffic, operate tunnels, provide request inspection and replay features, store configured history, secure the service, debug issues, respond to support requests, and improve JPRQ.
Tunnel traffic may include personal data, confidential information, headers, cookies, tokens, URLs, request bodies, response bodies, files, and other sensitive material depending on what you expose and what features you enable. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions needed to process that data through JPRQ.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data. By using JPRQ, you acknowledge that tunnel and request data may be processed as described in that policy.
13. Intellectual Property
JPRQ, including its software, website, designs, logos, documentation, and service infrastructure, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we retain all rights in JPRQ.
Some JPRQ components may be provided under open source licenses. Those licenses apply to the relevant components and do not change these terms for hosted services, paid plans, or proprietary assets.
14. Third-Party Services
JPRQ may depend on third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, email providers, support tools, security services, and Stripe for payment processing and billing. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
15. Disclaimers
JPRQ is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that JPRQ will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every network, preserve every URL or domain, or be suitable for every use case.
JPRQ is not a substitute for application authentication, access control, firewalls, secrets management, security testing, compliance review, or data-loss prevention.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPRQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, service interruption, security incidents, exposed local services, or third-party claims arising from your use of JPRQ.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to JPRQ is limited to the amount you paid for JPRQ during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold JPRQ harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your exposed services, customer content, tunnel traffic, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
18. Termination
You may stop using JPRQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use JPRQ in a way that could harm JPRQ, users, infrastructure providers, payment processors, or third parties. After termination, we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed for legal, security, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes.
19. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material for paid users, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users. Continued use of JPRQ after an update means you accept the updated terms.
20. Contact
